A study is made to find out dealers attitude towards RUBCO RUBWOOD FURNITURE’S, and also to find out the factors which affects the dealers in dealing with Rubco furniture’s. The researcher adopted descriptive type of research design for this study. The total numbers of respondents were 80 .Data has been collected from the dealers through questionnaire with multiple choices .The researcher collected primary data information from the samples of dealers through direct interview, secondary data has collected from the sources of the company. Analytical tool used in this study is percentage method. Hence this study stands as a yardstick to find out the black moles, which are not negligible, and with the careful analysis this study helps to prevent these negative factors.
A work done successfully is always a result of complete effort education and hard works. But something more works on it and that is the support extended from the people around us.
