Student Nurse Hearing Voices

Before watching the video, the student nurse does not know what to expect, as she has never heard voices herself. However, the video gave the student nurse an idea an understanding what other people experience when they hear voices. From the video, voices heard are like from other people who are standing right next to you and it can be a command which can be harmful or negative words that are hurtful. Furthermore, hearing voices can be thought like; can be from a deceased family member; and it even engage them in conversation (Crisp, Taylor, Douglas, & Rebeiro, 2013). Additionally, hearing voices that become part of their life and are not experienced as negative (Crisp et al., 2013).
