What do you believe to be the long-term results and the value of completing a degree in higher education?

A college education can empower you in all kinds of ways, you can make more money from thousands to even millions of dollars, but it is up to you. The critical thinking skills that you learn will stay with you a lifetime, but having a college degree is very important. All kinds of doors can open up to someone who has a college degree, now days that is a very valuable thing. In college you will learn and begin to take charge of your life, and when you graduate you will feel a great sense of pride in yourself, this will be very valuable to you and your family. And another benefit of having a higher education is to create a strong bond with your instructor, because they might be able to help give you an advantage when seeking employment.

How can you use the tools and assessments in this course to help your future courses and your career plans?

How I can use the tools to help me in my future classes can be countless, such as the library can be a very wonderful place to learn. It teaches you so much, and it will definitely help me in my future courses, and my career plans. The library has everything that a person can possibly ever need or think of. Also, the” Center of Writing Excellence,” is a very good tool, it helps you develop written communication skills and writing that everyone can understand of course this is important now and in your future courses, and your career path. The “Ethic Lens Inventory,” really helped me to know myself and how others see me this worksheet will help me know myself better in my future courses and when I graduate and get a job. It will also help me to understand what I am good at and what I will need help with.
