The training is designed to provide flexibility in learning through the use of formal and informal instructional methods. The program is also designed so that it can be facilitated by the 3rd year Human Resource Development students which are the future Human Resource personnel/trainees/managers.

Training Objectives

By the end of the training, the participants are expected: to state and explain the essence of stress management; to identify what are positive stress and negative stress; to know the causes of stress and its effects; to know how to overcome stress.

Training Needs

The training needs of the target audience were purely come from the Training and Needs Analysis survey given to the target audience whereas the survey focuses on the Stress Management.
In line with this, we derived a topic on stress management with a title KEEP CALM and
L O O S E N UP! which envisioned that after attending the training they can apply or practice the learning and techniques on how to have a positive social image.
The theme of the seminar is from the movie UP. The trainers chose it because according to our research, the author based the story on fantasies of escaping from life when it becomes too irritating.
