Stress Essay Stress is the pressure or tension exerted on a material object. In this case humans are the object. Stress is crazy right! But, we can change that. I think stress is good for high school students. If we learn how our stress works. Also if we learn how our stress works we will have a less time getting frustrated and more time getting our work done. In the article “Teens and Stress” by Kyristie Yandoli it says “Stress is healthy if you use it in the right way”. This proves that stress can be healthy you just got to learn about stress and how your stress works. Also if we learn how our stress works we will have a less time getting frustrated and more time getting our work done. In the same article it says “Taking their stress and acknowledging it”. Stress can work when we have trouble on problems. This demonstrates that it will work and benefit you in many different ways. On the other hand, some believe it kills 43% of the people living. This is actually bad, but isn’t that why we are trying to learn about stress. If all of us learn how to use our that
43% will be 0%. In order to beat stress, we must learn what stress is and learn how to acknowledge stress in a good way. I have showed many examples of why stress can be good. I think that stress is demolishing seniors brains and taking them down enough to not graduate.

All in all stress is helpful if you just learn and know how to manipulate it.
