Introduction

Stress is the body's reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response. Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or anxious. -Stress leads to change. No Stress, No Change. Proper solution to stress leads to comfort. If we don't find a solution to stress we may have health related issues due to prolonged stress. Every stress has a solution. We have to find out.

Objective:

To learn what stress is, what affects it has on your body, how serious it is and how to deal with it.

Hypothesis:

I believe that stress occurs at any age and it’s related to health. Health decreases as stress increases.

Data

Create 2 brain models: to explain the brain while stress is occurring. Teens/adults.

1 type of survey, will be done in school.

Reflections on testing out surveys.

Research Paper.

Conclusion

The results of the study show all human beings, at some point, experience stress regardless of age or gender, depending on the circumstances or situations we're facing. Stress can alter physically and mentally our bodies causing changes in attitude and behavior.

-Why does stress occur?

Stress happens because is part of being alive. We all experiences stress. Stress is there to keep us alert; there are two main types of stress short-term stress and long-term stress. Short term could be (example) when there is a fire you flight or fight response will turn on. You will either stay there of look for your safety. A long-term stress could be the stress that you might deal with a lot of the time from work to your home. It is the complex problems that it seems you can never get rid of them.

-What affects does stress cause in your body?
With chronic stress exposure, problems arise: The immune system shuts down, inflammation is inhibited, white blood cells are reduced, and susceptibility to disease increases. Some evidence also suggests that stress may be involved in the development of cancer and also can cause you:
