STRATEGIES FOR NEW AREA
People today move to new cities or new countries more than ever before and experience many challenges. What strategies are there to meet these challenges?

ESSAY:

Some people say the movement of people around the world is not a new phenomenon. Migrators have always been attracted by the wider choice of employment and greater opportunity in major cities in their own countries and abroad. With the globalization of the world economy, many people feel that the process cannot be stopped. However, it is clear that you will have to experience many challenges on strange land to succeed. To cope with these challenges, you need a thorough preparation and reasonable strategies. Firstly, social barriers can make you difficult to integrate into new cities or new countries .For this reason, before deciding to move there, you should find out about lifestyle, customs to avoid being shocked by differences of new culture. From my point of view, to begin your new life advantageously, you need a suitable accommodation, which can be found through internet, newspapers or local people. You should also be acquainted with local people who can help your life less difficult. After having a satisfactory accommodation, you must get to look for jobs as quickly as possible if you do not want to miss the golden chances. Secondly,I suggest, do not wait for fortune; you can yourself create opportunities by taking advantage of relationship that you have had before, searching for suitable jobs via internet, magazines, etc. You should always hold initiative to grasp opportunities because many people are seeking good jobs, as are you in cities and countries. Because what you expect cannot always come true, you had better be made for stress to face difficulties arising in your life and determine on gaining your target.
