Executive Summary

This report looks to cover the scope of a Glo-­‐bus assignment that commenced over an 18 week period. During this time, teams were assembled within a seminar group.

At the beginning this report the author looks at the several techniques involved in reflecting, why it occurs and its relation to the Glo-­‐bus game.

The main context of the report looks at two critical incidents in relation to Gibb’s Learn by doing cycle. All six stages have been dealt with in depth looking at the description of the incident to the analysis of how the author thought the scenario through. There are many concepts and theories that have been applied
