Moon and Stars Quality Machine Company
Aerospace manufacturing companies are among each city, but the quality is far and few between. The company must pose a professional atmosphere along with quality parts. In the venture of opening a new company one decided on involving a couple of partners along with a strategic team to implement the beginning stages of a successful business.
The main focus products will be aerospace manufacture parts. No part too big or small. Moon and Stars will be fully ISO and NADCAP compliant, and vendors will have to follow the same strict policies. The company will offer several services, including plating, passavanting, penetrating, chemical film, heat treating, stress relieving, and material analysis. Moon and Stars Quality Machine Company will provide complete manufactured parts in-house. No outsourcing will be necessary to handle the customer’s purchase orders.
Moon and Stars Mission Statement
Moon and Stars Quality Machine Company is committed as a world class provider of precision machined aerospace products that meet or exceed the customer’s expectations. Moon and Stars Quality Machine Shop is committed to preserving sustained excellence through quality, continual improvement, and compliance to the requirements.
To Fulfill This Mission We Will:
1. Maintain a robust quality system that extends to all functions of our business.
2. Achieve quality in all aspects of our business operations.
3. Hire the best people we can find and develop their abilities to the highest level possible.
4. Continually improve the effectiveness of our quality system.
5. Maintain top quality and professional equipment and software systems.
6. Increase lean processes to reduce price, lead time and material use.
Moon and Stars goal is to build a quality company not a quantity company. The focus is on how to succeed without
