According to the assignment given, we are to select a well-established organisation, select a working position, and discuss in detail that we have learnt regarding legal compliance and diversity issues in recruiting, selecting, defining and hiring for an organisational culture. We are also required to explain how work is conducted at present in the chosen work position, analyse the work tasks involved and discuss innovative work forms that can be introduced so that employees may attain a better work-life balance. We select McDonald's to analyse its training, education and benefit through overview its history and job structure Furthermore, we compare McDonald's in US with McDonald's in China, Malaysia and the world at large where McDonald’s is.
