An organisation should continuously analyse their position in the market, this provides information about the organization assets, abilities, knowledge and skills. With the help of such information organisations one can understand their own capabilities and aim towards new goals, vision and add value to the organisation (Bryson 2011). The organizations should find a way to accomplish its goals. Strategy formulation will help to develop a strategic plan, budget allocation and so on. Using this strategic planning and implementing the organisation achieves its goals. In this essay a critical analysis is done to identify the information that can be relevant to conduct strategic analysis on Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. A clear understanding of the current strategy of the organization is outlined and comparison between strategic analysis tools is done to find which can be apt in this situation. Strategic Position
Strategic position is apprehensive with the collision of strategy of external environment, the organisation’s strategic capability as resources and competencies, the organisation’s goals and the organisations culture (Johnson, Whittington & Scholes 2011).
