Story About Future
Earth is not the type of place for a bird. As earth has developed so has its willingness to look after and care for other living things. Birds are seen as nuisances and irritating pests getting in the way of our day to day activities. There’s just no place for them anymore. In the year 2013 there were 9998 bird species known to man. Now there’s none.

This story begins in the year 2125, in a city called Rubee. Rubee was just like every other city around the world. It had its smoke covered factories, huge skyscrapers, holographic computers and roadable aircrafts. In this city there lived a boy named Charlie. Charlie was just like every other kid. He went to school, he played lots of sport and he spent time with friends. But the one thing Charlie had that no other kid he knew had, was a very old grandad that told the most amazing stories ever, the thing that Charlie loved most was that they were true. Charlies favourite story was the one about the majestic bird called the eagle. He had heard all about its great and powerful big wings and its razor sharp vision. He was amazed.

One day on Charlies way home from school he decided to take a different way home from school. He was unfamiliar with this route but was feeling adventurous. He got just what he wanted. Charlie noticed an abandoned building in the distance. It looked like a laboratory of some sort. He walked straight through the smashed in front door. There was dust everywhere. The place looked liked it hadn’t been touched in over 100 years. Charlie wandered around the building searching for anything worthwhile. He got just what he wanted. He fell straight through the floor and down 2 whole levels of the abandoned building. Scrapped knees and bruised bones. Charlie was in a heap of pain. He looked for the closest exit and wanted to go home. Before he could find the door he noticed a great big freezer somehow still running. Charlie limped straight to it and opened it. In it was a single frozen egg. Unlike

On the night of Saturday, October 11th, Logan and I went out for a typical Saturday date night. This night in particular we had decided to do a haunted hayride called the Gauntlet at Harvest Hill Farm. The night was going well, we were enjoying one cheap scare after another. Until, suddenly the ride in front of us tumbled down a hill and rolled over. I don't recall thinking at all,…

The elevator tells me we settled, on the last floor, with a ding, and a screech, elevator doors open. I step out unsteadily. There is only one hallway in the basement, that leads to the only classroom and back to the elevator, or stairs. The classroom is dead ahead. Mr. Fiedler must have let us out really early. I reach the door, it has the body of an oval, with two black windows, but you can’t see anything through them. The door is scorching hot with a massive layer of ash. Scarcely attached to the door, is a charred Christmas wreath buried behind dozens of murky chains. Cautiously, I grab my plastic flimsy ruler. Snap! I break the ruler on my leg, holding my fingers as distant as I possibly can, I swiftly open the door, with only half, of the injured ruler…

There is not one person out there that does not have a belief. If you accept it and you feel that it as the truth or if it exists then I belief it’s a belief. One of my many believes now is “Everything will turn out all right”. Every bad story has a happy ending, well that’s the way I see it now. Shortly after graduating high school, I began working at a hospital and I worked there for a few years, but soon things began to change as we got a new manager, people began to leave, new people came on board and shortly they began to let people go because of budget cuts. I didn’t think much about it until I was let go suddenly. At the moment I was speechless that so many thoughts were running through my head that I just walked out without saying a word.…

Building a bird house is an easy way to pass the time if one is interested in this type of hobby. Although it is a fun and effective way to let your creative juices flow, there is one important fact that a person should know if they intend to actually have birds occupy their house. Different bird species prefer different living areas. For example, Robins don’t need a house at all; they only need a platform that they can build a nest on. With this knowledge, someone with the right mindset and the right tools can build homes for many types of birds.…

Joseph Campbell noticed recurring events take place in a certain pattern in most hero myths. This is referred to as the monomyth theory. Notably, Back to the Future is one of the many films which follow the pattern. Marty’s life seems pretty normal but when his longtime friend—the mad-scientist Doc Brown—invents a time machine, Marty is forced to embark on an adventure that requires him to go back in time to save his friend, rescue his family, and alter the course of history! In Back to the Future, Marty McFly displays characteristics of a hero such as: perseverance, remaining focused and bravery while undertaking the Hero’s Journey.…
