Stop Drunk Driving Persuasive Essay
When getting reaady for work i begin by getting all of my things together. I start with my shoes. followed my my clothes. After that i proceed to get the rest of my belongings, such as cell phone and wallet. After that I Grab my lunch food. Then I grab my keys and leave for work.

In my opinion, drunk driving can be stopped. It would be quite simple actuallly. In order to stop drunk driving all we would need to do is put a breath alyzer in every car. There for, people woud be forced to blow into the breath alyzer in order to start their car. And we could also send these cars straight out of the factory set up this way. Car companies wouldnt even have to spend much money doing so. And i truly believe that this would put an end to drunk driving.

Over the years, the world has seen a rapidly increasing number of teen involvement in drunk and reckless driving cases, specifically from the time periods 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. A 12 a.m. curfew on weekends and a 10 p.m. curfew on weekdays would help to protect teens and others on the roads late at night from getting into troublesome or dangerous situations. In my town of Leesburg, Virginia, a 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. curfew is placed on anyone under the age of 18 on all days of the week. The curfew is used to minimize the amount of inexperienced teens on the road during hours where driving can be difficult due to things like fatigue and/or the influence of illegal substances. Many teens don't see the risks of driving under the influence of alcohol late at night or driving late at night at…

The central concept of my outside source, MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), is to teach the audience that they should think about their decision multiple times before taking action because once they make the big jump, an obstacle appears in their way and they become trapped. All different scenarios end up traveling towards them, not having a clue as to what just happened and how to come out of that problem. Whenever people are making certain choices and they are in doubt about the costs of them, they shouldn’t even dare to take any chances because not only they are putting themselves in risk of danger, but they are going to end up harming individuals all around them as well. People should take caution of rules that are presented in this…

While you're rushing to get ready you rush to get to your destination which means you speed down the street in your car. You don't think much of it. You've sped before and everything was fine. Hey, you even think you're a pretty good driver. But all it takes is one over correction or one sharp turn or one dog or small child in the middle of the road for a life to be lost.…

Each day there are over a 1,000 people who are getting hurt by distracted while driving and 9 people die while trying to attempt it or just doing it (Halsey). Now that this century has more technology than ever before, some of these appliances are in our vehicles. People can now get distracted while texting, talking, trying to mess with the radio, trying to make a navigator work, and simply putting a disc in a player . With all of these distractions around us while driving, there is more of a chance to attempt this. Ever been stuck at a light behind somebody who is not paying attention because of their cell phone? It's annoying right. Well that might not be a problem anymore. Many states have banned the use of hand-held devices while driving. Knowing about all the people that have been killed in accidents involving cell phones, I one-hundred percent agree with this law. Using your cell phone while driving can lead to lack of focus on the road, especially among young drivers who are not as experienced as their adult counterparts. Driving takes an extreme amount of concentration, due to the many things that could happen on the road. From cars slamming on brakes in front of you, to people cutting in and out of traffic, you need to have your undivided…

Did you know that in 2014, 9,967 people were killed in alcohol-impaired driving crashes? Believe me when I tell you that the numbers are increasing as we speak. People driving while intoxicated still cause about 13,000 deaths a year in the United States. And of the 1.4 million arrests made, one-third involve repeat offenders. Multitasking has developed into an essential part of people’s lives and it is expected of human beings to be able to multitask at a high level (Madden 15). This expectation has begun to cause many problems in the modern world with distractions such as texting, Facebook chat, and, Twitter, games, and social media in general.
