Stoker's Disappointment Analysis

SC, Jennifer Stoker contacted the provider, Trina Hill via telephone. SC introduced herself and told provider that she was Rodney’s SC. SC noted that no one come to the meeting that was scheduler for Rodney’s annual PDP. SC noted that Rodney don’t show up for appointments and don’t return calls. SC noted she called both her and Rodney and SC was not able to reach anyone. Trina apologize for missing the appointment. Trina noted that she can meet with SC on Thursday (July 27, 2017) and she had already confirmed time with Rodney and his aunt. SC noted that they need to be at this appointment.
