Steven Johnson: Video Analysis
I sometimes have a hard time generating Ideas for my photography. The video I chose Steven Johnson speaks about where good ideas come from. I tend to fight with myself sometimes about how I feel a photograph looks or how I should compose it.I found this video interesting since it breaks down where good ideas come from. The Having a group who shares ideas can keep your creative mind flowing.Study shows that the best ideas come from when a group of people get together and share their ideas. It seems hard to accept this as a photographer since we like to keep our ideas for ourselves. Steven talked about hoe even negative feedback can be important in order to learn. Find out what others have done wrong save yourself from making the same mistake

after watching the video of Rob McClendon, I understood how technology has made life very easy for individuals. He introduces the use of a saw blade that carries three volt of electricity, and acts like touch lamp. In order to turn on the saw blade, one must be able to touch it and it will come on. The blade is very fast and stops faster than an air bag within five milliseconds. The biggest concern that professors like Edgar Maxwell worries about is the hands of student getting hurt base on experience. Although the blade is expensive, from about $1,800 to $6,000, what matters most is how we use it, and prevent ourselves from a cut…

The Sarah Bartmaan video today had some very shocking mistreatment of African Americans. I don’t understand how Europeans could justify their actions of treating another human being like that. Also to know that people still went to see her pickled remains for almost a century after her death showed that it was more than one person that contributed to this. People thought that African Americans were a different species and weren’t even human. We can also see this in our society today. I grew up outside the Bronx, and my school was mainly comprised of African American and Hispanic people. My cousins that lived just outside the city in the suburbs, went schools were the population was 90% white. It is almost like our races still keep us separate…
