“Don’t go through life, grow through life.”

These words have inspired me to take all decisions in my life. I firmly feel that graduate studies in my field of interest will be a fitting tribute to my belief. It will help me achieve my professional and career goals as well as will allow me to contribute to the society in a better way.

The intensive search done during presenting a paper titled, “Towards a Grid Applicable Parallel Architecture Machine” during the third year of my engineering made me aware of the immense research possibilities which Computer Science had to offer.

I look at Computer Science as a continuously evolving field; it was this viewpoint which made me choose Computer Science as my stream during my undergraduate studies. During the four years of my undergraduate education, I got to learn many core concepts in Computer Science. My areas of interest are Computer Networks, Databases, Internet Programming, Data Structures. In addition; I like C language for its simple yet powerful and Java for its robust object oriented features. However, I feel that I need to focus on them in greater detail and graduate studies will provide me the right platform to do so.

My interest to explore new technologies and my intent to find out how new technology actually helps in an industry scenario helped me gain a project at SS Oral Care Private Limited, Hyderabad. The project titled, “Analysis of SAP version upgradation from 4.6 B to 5.0 ECC”. During my stint here I came to know about the use of SAP as an Enterprise Resource Planning Solution Software in the industry. I got to know about its various modules. I also got to work on the various phases in upgradation process such as hardware migration, database migration, prepare and upgrade phase. Most importantly I learnt about downtime management in the IT industry.

I did my academic project at National Informatics Center, Hyderabad under

Junior recital held on November 18,2013 at Pottle Auditorium was an Italian opera with a combination of vocal and instrumental music. The music was of Baroque era and the opera included 9 songs. At first Che fiero costume composed by Giovanni Legrenzi (1626-1690) was performed. Though I didn't understand the lyrics but according to the translation the song was very much based on the blaming God for bringing him grief. After that "Lungi dal caro bene" composed by Antonio Secchi (1761-1833) was performed. The translated English version of the song described the pain of life and his beloved one.…

I admit the obstacle to writing a Statement of Purpose has been in not knowing how to begin with one. I start in this manner not on a whim, but from necessity. It was either this or facing the grim possibility that I would never finish with one. I have tried my best to not disseminate the differences on how one is written and how it ought to be written. As such, I apologise if my attempt is over descriptive, or has a rigid perspective, and mainly for the sophomoric nature of this paragraph.…
