Star Home Observation
This visit took place in the Starr home with all household members present. This visit was scheduled as a 7 day visit for a new child who was recently placed in the Starr home. When I arrived to the home, Jacob announced that he had a new sister and attempted to tell me her name. Jacob presented as excited and eager to show me the new baby. However, Jacob’s interest in the baby seemed to diminish quickly as he became engaged in his toys.

Jacob appears to continue to do very well in the home. Jacob is observed to be bonded with all household members. Jacob was observed to follow verbal directives well. Jacob appears to have a great understanding of the house rules and was observed to be able to ensure that his toys were placed back where they
