Reflection
I chose my Plot Element Notes, Tell-Tale Heart Story Board, Setting, Mood, and Characterization Notes and Activity to show my growth in standard 3 . Analyze how complex characters (e.g) those with multiple of conflicting motivations) develop over the course of a text, interact with other characters, and advance the plot or develop the theme. Describe how characters help develop the theme, plot, and text of a story.

For example, on my plot element notes I did the movie “Up” when analyzing the characters I found that losing his wife changed him from an open minded man to a grumpy old man. I’ve grown in the standard because I’ve been able to do the assignment not as an assignment before and now I can do it with more details and more i depth. A final way to show my growth is my grade, I earned an A (10/10).
My A Tell-Tale Heart Story Board assignment connects to the standard because I had to find how the characters developed in and through the story and theme. For example, in the storyboard I created i made an overall summary and showed the key points of the thing in the character that made it complex.I have grown in this Standard because I could show through words and images how complex a character is and the conflicts it went through. A final way to show my growth is my grade, I earned an A
