As pre-determined, any religious principles in the Reformation were to be tolerated. As written in (Doc1) this piece of writing Concerning Heretics presents the religious anarchy ad chaos to destroy religions. Also, (Doc4) presents the contract between the Catholic Church and the municipal council in Saxon. It describes the struggles of the Lutherans in their ways of singing and being present in sermons. It goes into further detail to proclaim that the Catholic Church schedule must not be interfered with or pushed back whatsoever. In (Doc9), the contract between Franciscan Friar Egidius de Glabbais and the Committee of Regents of the city of Amsterdam authorized the opening of a new Catholic Church in 1691. In further detail, it describes how the entrance must for church sermons and such must be moved from the main street to an alleyway so it is less offensive. All objects, like a rosary, must not be apparent, otherwise offense is taken. This was meant to ensure Parliament would not take offense to the Catholic Church.…

In addition, each of us uses our own personal symbol system called an idiolect, which includes our actives vocabularies and our unique sounds and pronunciation of words. The language has many characteristics, one of them it is arbitrary that means, the words are used to represent things in any language, it is not necessary a connection between the word and the meaning, it must be recognized and bring you an idea, feeling or particular object. The language also it is considerate abstract that represent the word given you an idea but don’t given you the answer, for example the word “pet” given you an idea that is and animal in the house but don’t give you exactly If it is a dog, cat, fish, bird or other animal. Francis of Assisi, occasionally regarded as the “hippie of the saints” and the lover of animals, lived from 1181-1226. At the beginning of his life, he lived a rather well-to-do lifestyle, with a carefree view on life. He partied, got drunk, and hung out with friends- Francis was your average medieval teenager, who had a generally happy view on life. In young adulthood, though, Francis was enlisted in a feud with a neighboring city, and was captured. There, he became ill and, once released, went home to recover. It was at this point in his life that he turned to the Church for guidance, and became a religious man. Years after he turned to God, Francis has was worshiping on a mountainside, when he had vision of a divine figure, and woke up with the markings of Christ’s stigmata on his hands, feet, and side. It is in this paper that I observe multiple views various historians have of Francis’s…
Martin Luther’s Letter to the German nobility condemned many of the Catholic Church’s practices that Martin Luther believed reflected a corrupt church and described his growing opposition to the pope. Martin Luther believed that the pope should not have any authority over the emperor unless it is for spiritual offices. He believed that the only time, out of religious situations, the pope should feel above the emperor is when he anoints and crowns him at the altar. Martin Luther also did not understand the point or agree with pilgrimages or supports the facts that priest were not allowed to marry. He believed that pilgrimages separated you from your family which you are suppose to protect, not leave and that by forbidding priest to marry you are going against God’s wishes. While Martin Luther does not agree with many of the Catholic Church’s practices, the purpose of this document is not to bring hate upon the pope and Catholic Church but rather bring light upon the early reformation and Luther’s new religious movement.…

The exclusionary rule requires that evidence illegally seized must be excluded from criminal trials. Leon was the target of police surveillance based on an anonymous informant's tip. The police applied to a judge for a search warrant of Leon's home based on the evidence from their surveillance. A judge issued the warrant and the police recovered large quantities of illegal drugs. Leon was indicted for violating federal drug laws. A judge concluded that the affidavit for the search warrant was insufficient; it did not establish the probable cause necessary to issue the warrant. Thus, the evidence obtained under the warrant could not be introduced at Leon's trial.…
Although, we have similar symbols to a streamline Catholic Eucharistic mass, such as candles, cloths, the bible, altar and holy water; we also a have unique symbols such as the San Damiano cross, scripture reading of the Franciscan creed opposed to the Nicene or apostle’s creed, the location or sacred place used (in San Damiano) and the clothing of the priest. The fours symbols above allow viewers to affirm that the community is of Franciscan faith. This is as these symbols are not present in an orthodox catholic church. The sacred place of San Damiano, and the San Damiano cross is a symbol, connecting the college community to St Francis (Sacred Destinations, 2017). The first event of the Franciscan faith is when God spoke to Francis through the San Damiano cross, telling him to rebuild his church (Franciscan Friars, 2017). Assisi is where Saint Francis did this, on a small hill, named San Damiano (Franciscan Friars, 2017). The college mass was held in the san Damiano due to its direct link to the founders of the Franciscan faith. The clothing of the priest or celebrant is also different in the college ritual as the priest is clothed in brown attire rather than the orthodox white garment, this is also specifically Franciscan (Together at One Alter,…
with Christianity than with all the other religions represented in his court. His invitation to the Pope to send him scholars was probably genuine, but his leaning towards converting to Christianity probably exaggerated. Let 's considered whether the letter could have been forged by the Polos but dismissed it as unlikely. If they wanted official escorts by the Church…
