Creating a utopia is impossible. A utopia is the perfect world that you can make. Napoleon's utopia is to make all the other animals work for their food. Squealer (Napoleon's friend) Shows that a perfect world is impossible, by not following the rules when Old major dies, and by making their own rules like. Wearing human clothes, walking on 2 legs and drinking alcohol. Napoleon tries making his perfect world by making all the animals work for him. He would lock the food up until they got there work done, but mostly he would keep the food for the pigs and the dogs. Squealer is Napoleon's side man, and so he doesn't get to do anything because he's a pig, and pigs a more valuable than the other. Going back to the perfect utopia, squealer does not follow the rules that old major made so a perfect world doesn't come in place without rules.
The other animals want a perfect world to come in place, and it does. The pigs die of drinking too much alcohol, The farm gets restored to its normal phase, with all the animals being like animals. Old majors perfect place was to have a normal life with the humans, and stay alive to keep the farm stable.
