Spotted Eagle Ray Research Paper
Who would pass up the opportunity to have a twenty foot aquatic animal as a pet? There are hundreds of different species that live underwater, including whales, dolphins, fish, and coral. Over all a Spotted Eagle Ray is definitely the coolest underwater animal for three reasons, they're fun for all ages, they are very quiet, and they’re easy to keep clean.
Eagle Rays are gentle and unaggressive, therefore perfect for any age. Most people may fear stingrays, because of their barbs, which is what they use to sting people. Although they only sting when someone accidentally steps on them, or when they feel threatened, so there is really no reason to be afraid of them. Also, they are fun to swim with due to the fact they will mostly swim in circles, or follow the person in the water around. It’s really fun to feed spotted Eagle Rays because stingray’s mouths are on the bottom of their body so when you feed them you have to hold the food in a particular why so they can get it. When they eat the food from your hand it feels like

One of the biggest reasons parents don’t want any pet, including a Spotted Eagle Ray, is they are too messy. Although, in the ocean, rays don’t get baths and the water isn’t cleaned out, so in captivity they don’t need baths either and the water they are in won’t need to be cleaned. Also, since they don’t have the ability to walk they will not track mud, leaves, or dirt into the house. A Eagle Ray would be the perfect pet for anyone that does not want to constantly clean up after them.
No one in their right mind would say no to having a Spotted Eagle Ray as a pet, and for three very good reasons. They would be fun for any age, they would never disturb you, and they are super easy to keep clean. Hopefully you will consider taking up the incredible, and fun, responsibility of having a Spotted Eagle Ray a pet. It would be a great

The two most important things I learned from Clearance Birdseye was that, he grew up in a generation of inventors which heavily impacted his decisions on becoming one himself. Maybe if he was born sooner or later, his decisions would’ve been different. The second thing I found interesting was that he lived in Labrador for many years. For people who don’t know, Labrador is a province in Canada which is mostly freezing all the time. That is were he crossed paths with the method of freezing by putting cabbage and salt water in a barrel layer by layer overnight until it froze.…

Although evidence has shown that there is a recent change in the increase of the cownose ray that has caused a large boom, it's Well known that the cownose ray is a predator of shellfish when the water becomes warm. The marine systems caused by the removal of sharks remain misleading, due to the significant declines in large coastal sharks in the northwest Atlantic Ocean, which caused dramatic increases in abundances of smaller elasmobranchs (referred to as “Macropredators”) over the predation release. The large coastal sharks decline allegedly led to an order of large scale increase in the population of Cownose rays. Thereby the ever-increasing feeding of the cownose ray has led to the concerns for the shellfish populations along the U.S.…

Inhumane, atrocious conditions, which Romans had imposed on their slaves created a favorable ground for frequent outbursts of slave uprisal. In the past, during the years of rebellions, instigators were discovered and executed, and hundreds of participants were crucified often framing the roads to Rome with their decayed bodies still hanging on the crosses (60). Among the prominent leaders of the opposition movement was a legendary Red Eagle, whose words stirred up slaves spirit and spread like fire throughout the city (60, 354). Using "act" or posters, Red Eagle spread the message of fighting for equality and freedom by nonviolent means opposing assassinations with his conviction that " the rulers had as many rights to a long life as slaves"…

The sand shark is very important to my tribe, and I shall tell you why. Once, a very long time ago, a group of hunters were looking for animals for food and supplies. The eldest, and wisest, said “We must continue hunting! Do not lose hope!” Suddenly a squirrel scampered across a cedar branch. The youngest was quick, he raised his bow, arrow drawn, and shot. The squirrel was too quick, the arrow missed. Several days later, hunger spread throughout the village. The three hunters had failed to collect enough food for the winter. Many died, some went mad with starvation. One day in winter, the hunters had no choice but to hunt. After several hours, they noticed that one spot of water had not frozen. The hunters made the decision to go fishing.…

This shows that lionfish, with their fearless attitudes, will sting anything that comes too close. A single prick from a lionfish can cause hours of pain and even paralysis (Gupta 1). I myself have been stung by a lionfish on the finger, so I know to keep a close eye on them when I am snorkeling. The problem is that lionfish do an excellent job of blending in with the reef. Lionfish have golden brown and white stripes which help them camouflage with the reef, and their fins and tentacles are long and wavy, giving them the appearance of a piece of seaweed. This is why lionfish are not only dangerous to fish but also to humans.…
