    3) The judge has made a judicial error by allowing the Plaintiff 's counsel to comment on the case about Minichiello 's boss being a German with an "attitude of hatred" and made forced analogies to Nazi Germany and the Holocaust. The judge also allowed irrelevant testimony, which asserted that the Club discriminated against Latinos, Jews, and African-Americans, to the issue of discrimination based on sexual orientation. I agree that awarding $20,000,000 was grossly excessive and has no rational basis, and was an error by the judge as well.…

Sitting on a colorful rug and listening to my pre-kindergarten teacher, who happened to be my aunt, read books from Dr. Seuss was first memory of learning to read. She would read word by word slowly and show us what she was reading and of course she would show off the pictures. She finished reading and now we are sitting at our tiny tables learning how to write alphabet and numbers. Those are the first memories I have of learning to read and write.…

graduation time. As a way of leaving their legacy behind and passing on the traditions, seniors think of some of the most funniest and craziest things to prank their high school, teachers, and classmates. From putting the Big Boy statue on top of the football stadium, to building a cement wall to block your school’s crossing path (haha). Others include things like putting your highschool up for sale on Craigslist (including the underclassmen in the deal) and slip and sliding across the hallways. Although some lucky students manage to pull off the pranks without getting caught and gain their legacy, others are not so lucky. Seniors who get busted risk getting suspended, do community service, AND even in EXTREME CASES can end up in jail until they grow hairy and old. EVEN WORSE, take trash in the cafeteria with all your friends watching. This is where I come in. My name is Anthony Ching and I’m here to show you all about the ways of pranking your high school without getting caught. Over the course of several years, me and my team of experts has been teaching kids how to prank their high school successfully and we have programs all around the world. All of them are taught by some of the world’s most highly trained professionals. Our programs range from basic pranks to extreme brutality in some cases. We’ve taught kids how to flood their school’s principals, teachers and classmates out with California’s salty waters by sending in sharks and other forms of life (who knows what) and in one experience we showed Israelis to prank ISIS’s high school while they throw off their towels from their heads and swipe their enemies. Within this program I will show you the three steps to a great prank which includes:…
