By affixing this statement to the title page of my paper, I certify that I have not cheated or plagiarized in the process of completing this assignment. If it is found that cheating and/or plagiarism did take place in the writing of this paper, I understand the possible consequences of the act/s, which could include expulsion from Indiana Wesleyan University.

In my paper I hope to reiterate on why I believe the Speluncean explores are guilty even though they were not in their right state of mind. I feel that no man regardless of the situation should take it upon themselves to end others human life. God has given us life and he would not approve of any one of us taking a life in order to save our own when, he gave his only son in order that we live. What would make any man think that it’s right to take a life and he live on.

Justice Truepenny’s decision to find the men guilty is much agreed to considering the statue of which no man should commit murder and the men life was not in jeopardy of this man doing any harm unto them. I do not agree with his decision of recommendation to the Chief Executive for the guilty verdict without him first reviewing the case.

Justice Foster decision in not guilty, I totally disagree with. He believes the men were not wrong for killing another human being. He states that because Roger Whetmore agreed with the oath of when they began to starve and almost unable to survive that they would end one person life and eat their flesh. He mentions the fact of how many other men were kilt in trying to rescue the men from the cave. He then compares it to the Commonwealth v. Staymore.
