God vs. Science:
1-INTRODUCTION TO TOPIC:
Good morning everyone present here, before I start speaking, I would like to share a simple dilemma that I have in my mind. This confusion is common, may it be any field in life. So, being a soldier of my country I would quote in our context only. Question is in the battle field when a soldier, a pilot in a jet plane, when face the enemy, what does he thinks will be there with him to save him- GOD OR THE WEAPON he has with him.
As you all must have got a hint of what is going to be the topic on which I am going to speak today. The greatest debate, the mother of discussions, which is superior GOD or SCIENCE. The soldier in the battle field would rely on the weapon in his hands, which is a piece of science and technology or the all mighty god whose faith he bears in his heart.
DIFFERENT BELIEFS THAT CONTRADICT SCIENCE :
Many preconceptions of ours and our society have been shown baseless by the advancement of science and technology. The classical school of thought that our ancestors left for us have sown in our minds many superstitious beliefs, which are in turn contradictory to science. This contradiction between rationalism and faith, logic and belief root to the main debate god or science.
If a black cat crosses your way, people change their route. People worship, spends millions and millions over a sculpture made up of rock and sand believing that there is some superior power behind it that is the sole and mightiest power of all times. Ramayana, Mahabharata, ved, puran and what not decorate the beliefs and following of the almighty even more. Places in India like viashno devi, tirupati balajai, witnesses a humungous amount of crowds and huge amounts of donations that sometimes when put together exceeds the gross national income of small countries like Bangladesh and Nepal.
IS IT CORRECT TO FOLLOW ALL OF THINGS BLINDLY:
Now the question arises is it all really necessary to put in millions and climb kilometres

God and Science Traditionally, a belief in God was attractive because it promised to explain the deepest puzzles about origins. Where did the world come from? What is the basis of life? How can the mind arise from the body? Why should anyone be moral? Yet over the millennia, there has been an inexorable trend: the deeper we probe these questions, and the more we learn about the world in which we live, the less reason there is to believe in God. Start with the origin of the world. Today no honest…
