Good afternoon students and teachers. For the majority of you that do not know me my name is Tatenda and I stand here before you to tell you why I want to be your year 9 guild leader for 2015 I have been attending Marymede for only 6 months but I would be honored and privileged to represent this guild. I would give anything to be your year 9 guild leader, I feel that I can be positive leader and excellent role model for younger students as well as my peers. I am confident, well mannered, dedicated and an approachable student. I have to admit that I am not the smartest candidate for the role but I will put everything I can into this role because being a leader would not only be a privilege it would be my biggest pleasure. So I truly believe that I would make a wonderful guild leader as I have the ability to face challenges there may be along the way, but in the end, I hope to make a difference and I know it will be a rewarding role. I am a proud Australian, I’ll respect my teachers, peers and opinions and beliefs of others. I’ll uphold the rules and laws of my school and country and I will always do my best...
