Yeah, I think they actually did a Law and Order: Special Victims Unit episode based upon that story of the two twins you mentioned. Except no one committed suicide and the boy decided he wanted to go back to being his original gender.

Anyways, I accept trans, bisexuals, homosexuals, lesbian, gender fluid, straights etc. although what that person said about being a transgender woman, non binary, and a lesbian made no sense to me. Transgender woman and lesbian fall into the female category but she/they (? I don't know this person's pronouns) claims they're also non binary which makes no sense.
