Special Events Coordinator Research Paper
The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and growth of Rescue

Village's fundraising and other events. This includes: our June Gala, Woofstock, FootxFoot, and

other fundraising events. She/he will be part of a dynamic team working to save animals' lives

and accomplish the humane society's mission and vision.

Responsibilities include:

-recruiting and working with volunteers

-acting as the liaison with event committees, vendors, sponsors, and guests as well as trustees

and RV staff

-planning and executing fundraising events and donor recognition events

-establishing and monitors event budgets and analyzes financial outcomes

-maintaining event files and guests/attendees lists

-building relationships
