Yearly, around 2.7 million adoptable dogs and cats euthanized in the United States, these high numbers are the result of unplanned litters. There are many beneficial reasons to spay or neuter your pet. In addition, spaying and neutering reduces the number of animals in the streets becoming beneficial to the community. Pet owners should spay and neuter their pets because of the behavioral benefits it provides, medical benefits, and reduces pet overpopulation.
