Spanish electric car market
MARKET ANALYSIS
We are going to study two principal segments in the Spanish car industry that are related with the Tesla Model S and will help us to determine our objectives.
- Electric- power vehicles market - Luxury Sports car Market

Electric- power vehicles market
At present there are many signs that point to the need for a change in the technologies used for the transport and mobility of people all over the world. These signs are:
- the negative side effects of combustion vehicles , increasingly noticeable : pollution , greenhouse gases , etc...
-Strong growth of the global car fleets , especially thanks to the economic development of emerging countries.
- Scarcity of fossil fuels or , the near end of oil at affordable prices

As a result of these, the electric-powered vehicle stands today as the alternative for urban transportation for the future sustainability of the mobility standards of our society.
The advantages of electric vehicles are :
- Clean energy usage, which reduces very significantly, or completely, the emissions of gaseous polluting particles.
-Electric propulsion is more efficient than energy from fossil fuels. Goes from the storage to the wheel without losing as much energy as a fossil fuel does in all the process.
- Electric cars incorporate renewable energy in the full cycle of the transport.
- Electric cars have great potential for creating new technological applications, such as use as integrated energy storage on the power grid.
- Rechargeable batteries recycle well. Almost 100 percent of these batteries can be recycled, which keeps old batteries from becoming a disposal problem.

On the other hand, it should be valued very positively the important opportunities of research and industrial development that means for Spain the implementation of electric mobility (manufacturing, charging infrastructure , batteries) and the variety of business models that are emerging in relation to

Self-propelled vehicles have been around 1672 but were not introduced to mainstream America until 1902. Older vehicles were powered by steam engines which gave way to the internal combustion engines that are powered by either gasoline or diesel fuel. Diesel fuel and gasoline both cause air pollution and also play a role in global warming. The ever increasing cost of oil along with the restrictions on greenhouse gases and environmental laws is now pressing the world to create safe alternatives to gasoline and diesel fuel.…

Tesla Motors made a huge impact on the car industry by manufacturing a fully electric-operated vehicle which caused havoc against many major car manufacturers. The innovation of being able to produce a technology that can run solely with electricity instead of gas put Tesla ahead of many gas-operated car manufacturers. Many people believe that electric cars like Tesla comes with many issues however, Tesla is working to diagnose those issues within its vehicles and slowly but surely, Tesla’s electric cars are making its way to our roads and making our environment less polluted without the gas-fumed air produced by gas-operated vehicles.…

(TS)Pollution, global warming, and the price of fuel pose real problems for an auto industry churning out gas vehicles, however, electric vehicles offer hope for the future. (PS)Most electric vehicles look and perform just like a gas vehicle.(SS) For example, the electric-powered Dodge Circuit EV resembles the gas-powered Dodge Challenger.(SS) Both sport the bold look of a muscle car, And both have all the standard features such as power windows and doors, gps, air conditioning, and heating.(SS)They even perform similarly; both go from 0 to 60 mph in 6 seconds and perform the ¼ mile in 15.5 seconds.(PS)Electric and gas vehicles tie comes to an end coast and convenience are much better on the electric side then the opposing gas guzzling side. (SS)For example, the lithium-ion battery of the Circuit EV uses far less energy than the gas guzzling V8 engine used by the Challenger. (SS)The Circuit EV can go 150 to 200 miles between charges and costs about $6 to $12 a week in electricity; in contrast, the Challenger averages 14 miles per gallon in the city and 22 on the highway Plus, based on the price of oil, gasoline can cost as much as $5 a gallon, and those dollars add up with the miles. (PS)The final difference is convenience. (SS) Many people and much energy must be used to refuel a gas vehicle Oil has to be refined into gasoline, stored, transported, and pumped. (SS) However, to recharge an electric vehicle, all one has to do is plug it into a standard household outlet or a socket on a charging station.(CS)Gas and electric automobiles perform similar ,however, electric is cheaper and more reliable making it the car of the future.…

Imagining the modern American society without the internal combustion engine is like thinking of the United States without the Eastern Interconnection Power Grid. Modern Transportation is such a vital part of life in Western civilizations that there is no way to live without it. First world societies have glorified the use of fossil fuels and combustion engines which emit greenhouse gasses into the Earth’s atmosphere. In addition to the high amount of greenhouse gas emissions, humans are using up fossil fuels at an alarming rate. It is pivotal that humans find a to achieve sustainable, zero emission transportation. Convincing a population to switch over to zero emission transportation will be a challenge on many levels. Transferring from conventional cars to fully electric cars is a viable and necessary action to help preserve Earth and to achieve sustainable transportation.…

The electric car is so much more advanced than gasoline powered cars and have changed the world even more. Gregory Davis says “Electric cars have several advantages over engine-powered cars. Their operation produces no exhaust, and so their widespread use could reduce air pollution. They use batteries, and so they do not necessarily consume increasingly scarce petroleum resources. Electric cars are quiet, reducing noise in congested areas.”…

However, such may become inaccurate in a prevailing market, as the macroeconomic factors of PESTLE framework are dynamic to changes. To conduct a proper analysis, extensive data collection is required from reliable sources. In times where information is not readily available, assumptions are made. However, baseless assumptions can lead to disastrous analysis. This can be time consuming to keep the data updated and prevent obsolete. In case of Tesla, there are a few critical factors that determine its success. They were clearly able to innovate well ahead of competitors for electric vehicle and manufacture lithium-ion battery capabilities. The U.S government and global countries are supportive to drive carbon footprints lower, which sets the future backdrop of higher EV demand. Although it is unfortunate for certain States to implement red tapes on Tesla direct distribution, they were quick enough to maneuver its business to receptive countries like…

The first thing that I would like to do is explain what electricity is in an automobile. Electricity is the worlds most widely used source if energy. Electricity is the flow of electrons through a conductor to eventually be used to supply a load of some sort. The electrons flow from positive to negative. In order to understand how an electric charge moves from one atom to another, you need to learn a little about atoms. Everything that surrounds us is made of atoms; every piece of grass, every plant, every animal. The human body is made up of a great amount of atoms. Air and water are made if…
