STATEMENT OF WORK
MARSOC CCE/ISR Support

1.0 Task Purpose and Overall Objective
MSOC I has a requirement to conduct precise and effective full spectrum special operations that are fully coordinated and synchronized among all components of USSOCOM and key interagency organizations, with an ongoing imperative to swiftly evaluate emerging TTPs, and subsequently integrate proven methodologies. The
Company Collective Exercise is designed to exercise and evaluate MSOTs in the collective tasks needed to conduct operations worldwide. The MSOC I CCE is a 7 day exercise conducted at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
The specific requirements will continue to evolve and expand. However, the general requirements for this exercise are listed below:
1.1. The Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance (ISR) package – requirements exist for Intelligence,
Reconnaissance and Surveillance platforms to simulate theater level manned and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) to replicate a realistic live ISR fused collection management (requirements and operations) environment.

2.0. Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR). The contractor shall provide Intelligence, Surveillance,
Reconnaissance (ISR) capable aircraft and qualified pilots in order to train Marines from Marine Special Operations
Company India, 2d Marine Corps Special Operations Battalion in ISR integration. The training period of performance will be from 21-27 September at Camp Lejeune and Fort Bragg, NC. ISR support will focus on developing a pattern of life in the objective area primarily and secondarily for the Joint Terminal Attack Controllers
(JTAC) for ISR and CAS.

2.1. OBJECTIVES

2.1.1. MSOC DST and JTACs integrate ISR training in order to develop a pattern of life in the objective area.
2.1.2. MSOC JTAC integrate dry CAS and ISR for movement into hostile terrain.
2.1.3. MSOTs utilize CAS during multiple TICs to exercise JTAC capabilities.
2.1.4. MSOC India solidifies ISR Standard Operating
