Would you rather drink soda or juice? I would prefer to drink juice even though it’s not that healthy, but it’s better than soda. I say that because, soda can make you break you out on your skin and also can damage your kidneys, such as kidney stones because of the phosphoric acid in the soda. According to Answers.yahoo.com it takes 72 bottles of water to flush out 12fl oz of soda in your body, and that is really bad. Soda can do many things to your body harmful things and all it is, is a drink that can do many things to you in one swallow.
