Social networks are affecting communication skills. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Social media is about websites and computer programmes that allow people to communicate and share information found on the internet by using a computer or mobile phone such as Facebook, Twitter and Google. Nowadays, social networks become extremely important and they affect many fields around the world, like economy, politics and education.

Recently, visiting social sites is the most popular issue between people and there are advantages and disadvantages for this. Moreover, Media channels develop to be the only outlet for many people and organizations; also, communication channels are changing the lifestyle of many people; especially, children and youth under the age of 29. According to Virtual Communications today, 89% of the users are between 18-29 year. Facebook is the third largest concentration of population in the world after China and India with 1.15 billion users and 23% of the users log in at least 5 times per day. For instance, in Britain Facebook has grown 6% and it is now used by 50% of the entire UK population (30.6 million people).

Furthermore, there are many features of Online Networks. Firstly, Social Media is cheaper than any other channel. One more advantage is that social networks save time because you can complete your work, study, and communicate virtually and aurally in one click. Another point in its favour is that it helps have confidence among people; particularly, between companies and customers. For example, social network or emails between students and universities are more formal and trustworthy because in the past, universities sent documents to students by post.

On the other hand, the disadvantages became dangerous for the users and families because it deeply affects the society and it kills the relationships between its members. The first hardship for using the social channels is honesty. Clearly,
