Officers dispatched to Pizza Roma for a report of a fight. The caller stated that two males were fighting inside the bar and that it was moving out to Green St. Officers arrived on scene and were advised by Roma staff that one of the participants had fled on foot. The actor was described as a black male wearing a black shirt, black pants and a black hat. The male was said to have fled in to the parking lot toward Walnut St. It was also advised that the other actor involved described as a white male wearing a red shirt walked toward Beaver St. I was able locate the other party involved, David Gunter, outside of Roma on Beaver St standing on the sidewalk. Eichenlaub stated that he and his friends were siting at the opposite side of the bar when Ellis came and sat near them. Eichenlaub and Ellis engaged in casual conversation throughout the night. Eichenlaub stated a news story about ISIS was on the bar television and that Ellis began to tell Eichenlaub that he supported ISIS and that he hated police. Eichenlaub stated that he became uncomfortable with Ellis and stopped speaking with him. Eichenlaub and his friends discussed calling 911 and reporting the comments Ellis made about ISIS but then decided they were overreacting and did not call. Eichenlaub stated that shortly after the group decided not to call 911 on Ellis that he observed Ellis start talking to Gunter and his friends. Eichenlaub advised he observed Ellis being confrontational with Gunter. Eichenlaub stated that Gunter appeared to be trying to avoid Ellis but that Ellis kept approaching Gunter. Eichenlaub advised he witnessed Ellis get in Gunter's face multiple times and then the two began to …show more content…
Hightower went on to say that she felt something was off with Ellis and that he seemed to be trying to start problems and Hightower gave the same account as Eichenlaub of the events that occurred.

I spoke with Tina from Roma and she advised that she wanted Ellis barred and requested I notify him. I spoke with Ellis and advised him that he was no longer allowed in Roma per the request of the owner and that if he returned at any point he would be arrested for defiant trespass. Ellis acknowledge and stated he would not return to Roma.

Neither Gunter or Ellis wanted to pursue any charges on each other for the scuffle and Ellis was cited via mail for Disorderly

    Eddies was certainly responsible for some of terry’s moral transformation. Developing relationship between terry and Edie affects the terry to take the right decisions. But loyal Terry refuses to help Edie as he says “I would like to help but there is nothing I could do”. This shows a stiff terry who is caged in mob of Johnny friendly.
