The term sexting is a combination of two words sex and texting and means sending sexual photos electronically. Sexting seem like fun and games in the beginning, but it can take its toll. Sexting has many negative consequences that people have yet to realize. Sexting gives teenagers the feeling of acceptance and a chance to be popular by gaining attention.
What they fail to realize is the attention they are receiving is negative and it affects their reputation.
