Snickers Vs Kitkats Research Paper
If you had the choice to pick only one candy bar to eat for the rest of your life, which one would you choose; Kit-Kat or Snickers? Of course everyone is going to have these own opinion on which one the prefer better and why they chose, ect. In my opinion I believe that Kit-Kat’s are better, and for many reasons as well, so here are just a few: Kit-Kats are way more healthier then Snicker’s, they are super way less messier, and these easy to share! So why not pick the better candy bar such as Kit-Kats. Kit-Kats have the milk chocolate, crispy crumbs of sweetness, layers of wafers, and even better the chocolate is made out of Kit-Kat’s (BBC's Inside the Factory: How Our Favourite Foods are Made) Who wouldn’t want to eat something that good?

Based on the ratio analysis performed, it appears that the Hershey Company’s liquidity is sufficient to meet cash needs and current obligations. The current ratio and current debt coverage ratios were decreasing from 2002 through 2004, which corresponds to an increase in short-term debt and a decrease in cash on the Company’s balance sheet over the same periods. Hershey attributes the increase in debt to corporate consolidations, capacity expansion, and modernization and efficiency improvements. Outside of the increase in debt, accounts receivable turnover and average days’ collections appear to be steady, which indicates that Hershey is able to effectively manage its receivables and employs effective credit policies. The Company’s inventory ratios also indicate stable levels of inventory size and turnover. Despite the fact that Hershey appears to be shifting to reliance on short-term debt to fund current liquidity needs, the Company’s overall liquidity position appears to be stable.…

Everyone remembers going around as a child for one night of the year dressed up as his or her favorite ghoul or storybook character and returning home with a sack full of delicious candies. There were always a variety of candy types, but most of these candies were usually made by two of the major companies in the industry. The Hershey Company and the Tootsie Roll Company were both well represented on this night. Both companies made so many different types of candies for young children to enjoy that the names would forever be imbedded in their minds. These treats were not just for the children, but for the children in all the adults as well. Taste and memories alone are not good enough for the companies to have had as long a tradition as the companies have indeed had. The marshmallow experiment is one of the best-known studies in psychology that was conducted in the late 1960’s by an Australian-born clinical psychologist Walter Mischel at Stanford University. Back then, the study tested over 600 nursery kids and this experiment has been existing and continuously conducted by researchers until now. The instruction was that the children could eat one marshmallow immediately or if they could wait they would receive two marshmallows later. The purpose of the study was to understand their ability to wait to receive something that they choose to receive, it is about self-control. In a recent study that was conducted by Kidd, Palmeri, Aslin in the year of 2013, which was inspired by the study back in 1960’s by Dr. Walter Mischel, the study shows that being…

We are all familiar with Skittles. Miniscule, yet delicious, most of us would like nothing more than to pop a couple Skittles into our mouths. Remarkably, Skittles and Tootsie Pops are largely alike. Both candies use the same ingredients. They share a handful of ingredients. Additionally, Skittles has flavors identical to Tootsie Pops. Grape, orange, and blue raspberry are these flavors. This is akin to a Tootsie Pop. Tootsie Pops have an inner layer. American chocolate manufacturers use about 1.5 billion pounds of milk only surpassed by the cheese and ice cream industries, and as of 2006, consumers spent more than $7,000,000 a year on chocolate related products.() So why do we spend so much time and money on such a small chunk of sugar? Well I believe it is because the candy industry in America has greatly exposed our awareness to the delicious treat. Powerful entrepreneurs such as Hershey and Mars have paved the path for candy companies to advertise and sell their products, likewise Chocolate enthusiasts such as Steve Almond and Betty Crocker have given the general public the knowledge and expertise of what a good chocolate bar should taste like, without these influential people, the chocolate industry would not be what it is today.…
