Yes, I believe the advantages of having a small business are advantages because smaller business ventures are able to be controlled easier. I believe some business owners prefer to keep their businesses at a smaller more manageable level in order for them to have a quality of life that is less demanding and less stressful. Not every business owner seeks to expand locally, regionally, furthering nationally because of the time, effort, and resources that are required.

    Small companies are very important to our economy as they employ large number of employees in our economy and they are flexible and generally locally operated which means exchange of money stays in the community and they pay sales tax, business tax and wages which are spend locally.
