Over the decades hundred and even millions of people suffer from sleep disorders. During nigh how many times do we toss and turn, check the time and tell ourselves “If only I could sleep a little more”. Sleep does not come right away, so we keep on tossing and turning. This happens to many people who suffer from insomnia.
To begin with, people who have insomnia may not be able to stay or fall asleep. People with insomnia may wake up at an early time and then is very difficult for them to fall asleep. Insomnia is described to be a common symptom affecting millions of people this may be caused due to many conditions circumstances, diseases and even because of anxiety like important things coming up a wedding a huge exam that is going to impact

The medication that is prescribed to people who suffered from insomnia is benzodiazepine or any other pill associated to make people fall asleep. According to the psychology book (pg.76), the best thing for people who is dealing with insomnia is to exercise regularly but not in the late evening, not take any caffeine or sweet drinks before bed time, and put away clocks so we are no tempted to look it every now and then. According to Saul coren, “Sleep helps our memory sort thru the day, while medication is a drug and it’s going to get addicted”. Medication can be addicted. In the website “How benzodiazepine works on you”. Many people states that it work on them., but the truth is that the prescribed to people who suffer from insomnia is only fifty percent.
In conclusion, Insomnia is a huge deal many people have to deal with it. Insomnia is affecting many individuals. Insomnia is deal by any common person.
