Do you get stress? then where is usually from receives, and how do you solve? Maybe there will not be anyone who is not stressed. Therefore, their own people in a way to overcome the stress to a variety of actions. What are the students like us? the most stress they get from school. so I've found many ways to solve this problem . To be Relatively easy, i'm trying to say to solve the stress. When the students in the school can see that a lot of dozing. Intentionally or not, a few groups of half asleep in class. Unless the person intentionally, it would be really stressful. .Get enough sleep! feeling tired will increase your stress. but students, with their packed schedules, are notorious for missing sleep. Unfortunately, operating in a sleep-deprived state puts you at a distinct disadvantage. You're less productive, you may find it more difficult to learn. If you can not sleep well enough to take a power nap. for busy students, it's a must. according to recent research, the benefits of exposure to the sun outweigh the dangers as long as the exposure is moderate. Above all, sunlight improves people's mental health and well-being by promoting the release of serotonin in the brain. In addition, scientists have discovered that people feel less stress when they receive moderate exposure to the sun. Go out for a walk to get the sun, if the effect will be doubled. Exercise also has the added benefit of releasing endorphins into the brain, which improves your mood. Some sources of stress are unavoidable. In such cases, the best way to cope with stress is to accept things and think positive. Optimists actually experience better circumstances, in part, because their way of thinking helps to create better circumstances in their lives. The habit of optimism and positive thinking can bring better health, better relationships, and, better grades. Obviously a lot of people under stress, and there is also a solution to it full.     Reasons why I should not fall asleep on duty. If I was to get called to a traffic accident or a domestic dispute I would not be able to respond because I would be asleep. Therefore I would not be able to complete my duties as a military police officer. Being a military police officer I should up hold the standards and the law appointed to me by the United States army. If I was asleep during an active shooter event that may take place at a bank or maybe the commissary, possibly even the PX in Hainerburg housing I would not be able to respond accordingly do to my current state. Being a military police officer means that I will be discipline physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my officer tasks and duties. For instance if I was asleep on shift and there was a bomb threat at the generals quarters whatever patrol I am I would not be able to respond accordingly to the situation. This could lead to possibly danger for patrols that are in the area. Say I am patrol 2-1 and a bomb threat is at the general’s quarters. Mohawk would call patrol to 2-1 to the scene and along with the patrol supervisor 2-0 to handle the scene and secure the area making sure that no civilians are in the area within a hundred feet of where the possible bomb threat is. On top of the bomb threat being in the generals quarters there is also an active shooter going on in the commissary. Then a bank heist occurs at Andrews’s federal credit union bank. People would be counting on me to be awake and to fulfill my military task and duties while patrolling the clay kasern area. Patrols 2-5 along with the patrols 2-4 would need backup and assistance at the generals quarters for the bomb threat and the bank heist at Andrews federal credit union. Patrol 2-3 and patrol 2-2 would most likely respond to the active shooter in the commissary. But if everything was handled and taken care of at the generals quarters and or Andrews federal credit union. Patrol 2-2 and patrol 2-3 needed assistance…

    Thousands of people in the world including teens suffer from sleep deprivation. Not enough sleep can cause a lot of effects not only emotional but mental and physical. For starters sleep deprivation has the same effect on people as alcohol does. Often people go through uncontrolled reflexes and can get eye twitches and also experience slurred speech. Also your health could be at serious risk because of serious change in blood pressure and heart rate. These effects can change your social and personal life extremely, especially if you have a job or you go to school because your grades and work rate will go down do to not enough concentration. So because you decided to stay up 2 extra hours your life is just spiraling out of control and there’s almost nothing you can do about it unless you make time to sleep at least 8 hours a night. Many studies have been done and in every single one the sleep deprived subjects will tend to have various mood swings and hormonal changes. By not having enough sleep your prone to be grouchy and stubborn and you can often find yourself in sticky situations that you normally would never get in to. You may find yourself getting in trouble in school for maybe not staying awake to write notes or complete assignments or maybe at work for not being focused and doing your job incorrectly which may even result in being fired. Sleep deprivation can also cause friends and family to not want to be around someone that would act weird and different by being grouchy all the time, that would drive a lot of loved ones away and would destroy your social life. In conclusion it is suggested that you get at least 8 hours of sleep and your body will have enough time recover from the stress you put on it on a regular basis so you could live a happy stress free…
