er 5: In the fifth quarter, we first decided to change the name of our product from “Sleek to Sleek 2.0” in order to accommodate the new improvements we made to the computer’s features and satisfy our current customers and also target new ones. We worked on adding new features for example we made our computers slimmer, upgraded the office software and expanded the monitor size in order to increase productivity and make it easier for customers that work on computers for long period of time and finally be able to provide our customers with great quality yet affordable price since larger monitors are more affordable.
Putting in consideration that large firms would need a high quality computers, we launched a new high quality computers for our new customers and named it Sleek 3.0. Sleek 3.0 comes with an advanced CPU processor speed since it's crucial for engineers and high tech company. We have also created an adequate memory and storage in a large hard-disk drive memory to be able to easily using programs such as AutoCAD that requires huge space. Sleek 3.0 has the largest screen size among our products, new keyboard and the most updated operating system as well for our new target segments such as the engineers that work at mercedes. We have focused mainly on traveler and workers. We hired 3 salesmen at workers 3 at travelers and one at mercedes as how we have decided our priorities. We then opened a third location in paris because there wasn’t as much competition, so that one might become a dependendable source for many customers. We then brought our total performance up by taking such steps. We learned to increase the workforce and maintain a cheap price for the computers and better pricing overall.
