Analysis on many of the benefits of children skipping rope

The reason for loving skipping: children like the bouncing movement, not only well-developed and healthy, also the intelligence will be improved. The following is the brief analysis on the four benefits of skipping rope.

First, the more jumping the better cardiopulmonary function. Skipping rope can speed up blood circulation, and improve cardio-pulmonary function and respiratory function; accelerate the gastric motility and metabolism; exercise muscles of the main body parts; promote the rapid growth of bones; build up good body and better mood.

Second, skipping promotes the "common progress" of the two sides of the brain. Skipping rope need limbs, hands, feet, wrists and shoulders regularly and rhythmically work together to promote the development of the left brain and

If the child is overweight, skipping easily help him burn the excess body fat. In terms of the amount of exercise, 120 to 140 skipping times per minute, it can burn 600 to 1000 calories per hour. If adhere to exercise every day, it soon will see the effect. Moreover, skipping does not need much space, easy to operate.

In addition, there are many ways of skip rope, such as bouncing, empty-handed jump, Kangaroo jump, reverse jump, hop, feet alternate jump, run while jumping etc. Parents should guide children properly to exercise more to increase interest and promote the all-round development of the children.

Finally, parents should pay attention to the security of children jumping rope. First, choose a good and appropriate skipping rope. Second, warm up. Do prepare exercise of the relative body parts before skipping. Third, teach children the proper jump postures In case of injury. Fourth, the land should be flat, better to cover with a carpet or soft cushion. Wear sports shoes. Fifth, select the proper time. Do not let baby jump rope within the half hour before or after
