In the Analyze phase, the data was analyzed with the Why-Why analysis and Cause and Effect Diagram. We found the root causes of the problems are due to insufficient resources for operation and lack of awareness which lead to majority of the organizational problem. d. Your summary conclusions and recommendations:

After implementing the DMAIC & all the tools we conclude that we expect that at least 20% increase in Mikey’s way day so that they serve more customers and with 40% reduction in the cost of arranging a Mikey’s way Day

ABSTRACT

Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) are a major building block in developing progressive and public welfare ingenuities in society. Mikey’s way Foundation operates for the welfare of the children suffering from cancer. One of their primary aims is to benefit a large number of children through act of charity.
