The Sinai Health System is a nonprofit organization and has multiple locations. However, I hope to work at the Chicago location and move there with my family. They have in total of 1001 to 5000 employees working at their Chicago location. Sinai Health System provides countless services at their hospital such as Cardiovascular service, cancer care center, stroke center, orthopedics, minimally invasive surgery diabetes, geriatrics, rehabilitation and many more. The mission statement they have is, “Our mission is to improve the health of the individuals and communities we serve.” Vision statement states, “Sinai Health System will become the national model for the delivery of urban health care.” As for values they mention, “Respect, Integrity,
