INTRODUCTION

At one point all the departments from all industries have to create research projects in order to cover different needs or objectives within an organisation. In planning a research project is important to have a clear topic,what is going to be research most of the time using case study. This research is focused on customer service in Travel industry as the main topic. In the research project the objectives of the case study need to be very well known and the researcher in this report will use Thomas Cook Travel Agency and the aim of the research is how to increase sales in the organisation based on this research.

This research project focuses on objectives such as how to improve customer service in travel industry ,methods of delivering quality services to increase sales and decrees competition in the market .
