Students will Be able to concentrate more, to analyze situations and manage their time in “The Top Mental Benefits of Sports” by Rosewater. Playing a sport in college somehow like having a job because you have to show up in each practice to earn your position which teaches them to be committed and dedicated. And according to some researchers sports one of the sources that give students motivation to study and get good grades to prove that they can do both and convince their parents to keep them continue in their sports. Moreover, Students-Athletes tend to have more energy than non-athletes students as physical activity helps their bodies to get more oxygen, have better blood flow and more active they will feel. They can handle better their busy schedule and get everything done with extra energy. Therefore, physically athletes never chase by obesity and diseases will not have a place in their bodies. The ones who play sports or exercise regularly have a minimized risk of involvement in drinks, drugs or becoming one of the gangsters. Boost the players' confidence and improve their self-esteem which also teaches them some ethics and manners.
