Secondly, letting students voice their feelings is a good way to stimulate them to study. They have direct interaction with their teachers, so they can easily to find the mistake from their teachers. Example their teachers often go to class late, lecture lost contents and do not focus. When their teachers know about those and repair it positively. Consequently, students will see that their teachers are better and feel that they will be respected. These things make they be attracted, they will pair attention to their studies and improve their skills more.
Finally, valuation and its result is one of the ways help for school administrator develop education. They not only know about satisfying of teachers but also they know how students feel about their teachers and school. After that, managers can arrange teachers to teach for suit with their level and give methods to improve education system of their school.
In conclusion, by asking students to evaluate their teachers, teachers will develop their skills and experience. Students will focus to their lesson more and school administrator will improve step by step their quality of education. Thus, feedback from students is necessary to do in many school. I think that - this will be done commonly in the years to come in education system in Vietnam
