Should Service Animals Be Allowed In Public Places Essay
You are a person that can not move so you have a monkey to help you grab things and move around. Then your monkey gets taken away because you can only have a mini horse or a dog in a pupic place and you were close with the monkey but a lot only that he helped you and the other animals can’t do the same. That is how people are going to feel if you take away other service animals from them. I think that we should not just have dogs and mini horses allowed to go to public places. Because it might make them think that he needs to get rid of the animal, or they don’t perfor dogs or horses.

First of all, we should have should not only just have dogs and the mini horse in public places because it could make them give the service animal up for example a person has a weasel as there service animal and they can’t go to the park because of it and he might want to get rid of it. According to monkey helpers by Tamra Orr it states that monkeys can be very easy to love or to take care of. One reason is that people could be allergic to dogs or maybe even horses. Then my second reason is that the could not have the money to pay for that animal. For example you can get a horse but it needs hay to feed it but you don’t have the money. n=my last reason is that you can’t take care of them. That is why we should not only have dogs and mini horses in public places because they might not perform a dog or mini horse.

Did i change your mind? Because that is all of my reasons of why we should not only allow dogs and mini horses at public places. Because it can make them give up the animal, or they might not perform it. Will you say something the next time someone will give up their

Rule 1: A dog should be fed by the same person at every feeding. This rule is not nearly as important where a couple of house pets are being fed by several members of the same family, as it is where large numbers of dogs are being fed by numerous different kennel personnel. It is particularly applicable where dogs are in strange environments such as boarding kennels, veterinary hospitals, or show arenas. Dogs that have become accustomed to one feeder may exhibit all sorts of erratic eating behavior if that person is changed.…

Canines and Felines have always held a very special companionship with humans on this earth. The realization that most homosapians will put more effort and be more defensive over their personal animals more so than they would another human, is in my opinion, obvious within the societal structure of the United States.…

Service dogs are individually trained for a specific purpose. Many people that have a disability use service dogs. Disabled people that require them would not be able to be a part of mainstream America without them. Congress has felt the need to create laws regarding service dogs. Having a service dog can help many people. My service dog is useful in assisting me to keep my balance and mobility. Some dogs are needed for the blind in order to be their eyes, some detect seizures and some alert to allergies. Service dog laws exist, unfortunately law enforcement, business owners and the public are not always aware of the laws for service dogs. As a disabled individual, I am allowed to enter a business…

People may react to the fear of allergies or fear of being close to service animals. According to the ADA, it is not an excuse to deny service to those accompanied by service animals (disability.mo.gov). Again, if the particular person is at the risk of a severe allergic reaction, it is the duty of the establishment to seek a solution to accommodate both customers. A well-trained staff can make a significant difference when aware of policies and procedure on how to handle those with disabilities and accompanied service animals (ada.gov). For instance, employees can be trained on ADA regulations and hotel policies on accommodating customers with service animals. In a situation where the public refuses service animals closer to them, the handler…

One reason I believe this law is fair is because of illnesses and diseases some animals carry. For example, the text New Service Animal Rules by Clare Mishica states that “The changes were needed to protect people from diseases. Different animals carry certain diseases. When animals go into public places, they might pass illnesses to humans.” However, if we only have animals that have no diseases, everyone will be safe.…

Many things go on in vet schools but the most unhuman issue is the amount of animals that are put to death each year for the use of veterinarian students. This is unethical on so many levels. However my main concern is that they are unexperienced and could hurt the animals that they are preforming surgery for or permanently harm them. This relates to being untrustworthy because you can not trust the to care for the animals and help them how they need to be helped. They most likely don't have consent from the owner to change any aspect of the dog that could permanently effect it. Overall this is unhuman and unethical.…

Dogs, while most are often friendly and goodnatured, are stillunpredictable creatures. Even the most well-mannered dog could hurt someone, whether it was intentional or not. In addition, many people are allergic to dogs, and allowing others to bring their dogs to work would put these people in a potentially very harmful situation. A dog in the workplace can cause even more hazards, as some domestic canines are highly excitable or will get underfoot, tripping up hapless employees and causing a ruckus that would disturb everyone within earshot.…

If you are going to ban one dog, then why not just ban all of them? People are discriminating against dogs just because of one little incident that had happened before. The government is allowing the insurance companies to deny people coverage, just because of the type of dog they decided to own. It is not the dogs fault if the owner does not know how to control their dog or allow them to get energy out so they don’t become aggressive. People should be allowed to own whatever kind of dog they want without their insurance threatening their coverage.…

Everybody loves going to the circus. How cool is it to see the ravenous tiger jump through a hoop of fire, the little monkey juggle, or see puppies do all kinds of tricks? People enjoy good entertainment, especially when it comes to animals being involved. Not only can they be used for satisfying the public, but they can also be useful to human resources, such as to the blind, deaf, or disabled. If animals can be used properly in positive ways then why are we abusing and neglecting them? Animals deserve to have the same rights as humans.…

In 2012 Sarah was being abused. Sarah is a 54- year-old captured elephant owned by a well known circus- “ The Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey.” This wild life creature that was put into captivity suffered with chronic infections and symptoms of arthritis and yet was forced to keep working. One of many times, after performing Sarah collapsed to the ground while being loaded into one of the railroad box cars, the circus didn't examine her or gave her the proper medical procedure. They just forced her back onto her feet and onto the box cars in order for her to perform once again the following week. Animal abuse in circuses and theme parks is an issue that has been going on for a long time but not until recently has it gained the attention needed. In many circuses, animals are trained through the use of intimidation and physical abuse. Former circus employees have reported seeing animals beaten, whipped and denied food and water, all to force them to learn their routines. Animals are taught that not obeying the trainer will result in physical abuse. Animal cruelty in circuses and parks is unacceptable and must be stopped. All kinds of animals are being mistreated for entertainment and they are not in the right environment , but we have the power to change.…
