Should Immigrants Be Deported Essay
A lot of people think that immigrants are bad for very few reasons. Many think that just because most immigrants are from Mexico, they are all criminals. That is really not true because several people are judging all of the immigrants like if they know them. Immigrants should not be judged just because they come from Mexico or basically anywhere. People should understand about the benefits it would bring to our country like for example the economy would be better, education would go up and the country would have no need to separate families. When you think about the many rights immigrants would have in the United States, they would have a lot. One of the many benefits the country would have about giving immigrants rights would be that the economy would be so much better. Immigrants would get to pay taxes which would be a big and better difference. Another benefit the country would have would be that many immigrants would start …show more content…
It is heartbreaking to see how many families are separated just because they are not citizens. If the country gives immigrants their own rights, there would be no need for deportation. In the opinion of many people, deportation is really cruel and unnecessary. Immigrants should not be deported because they came to this country to have a better life, they came to help their own family get the education they never had. Immigrants should have the right to a citizenship if they have lived in the United States for a while. Living in the United States for a while makes an immigrant a true citizen and it proves that immigrants don’t affect the economy at all. In fact, one of the things that would happen would be that since immigrants would become citizens, there would be way less crime. I say that there would be less crime because immigrants would try to stay clear of trouble since they are working so hard to stay in this

Despite this, we must not lose sight of the fact that immigrants provide America with many advantages. The richness and diversity of their cultures, for example. Also, their willingness to work hard and take on certain jobs that Americans would otherwise refuse - at least at the same wage level. They provide a supply of willing labor for those industries which are in need. Americans benefit from the goods and services that their inexpensive labor allows.…

When one place has better resources, opportunities, and living conditions than the current place, it makes sense for someone to migrate to the better land. That better land in today’s world is the land of opportunity-- America. This nation is one founded on immigrants. The founding fathers came from Europe with hope and ambition for a better life for them and their children. Today, people immigrate for the same reason. The difference is that immigration is now looked at with a negative eye. Immigrants now are often blamed for the hardships of American citizens. Immigrants receive accusations of stealing the jobs of American citizens. They also face discrimination and are under represented in congress. Immigrants are also blamed for overwhelming democratic support, which deteriorates the accuracy of who the American citizens want for president. Despite all of these negative views on immigrants, immigrants are not actually that bad for America. People who see immigrants as toxic for America fail to remember all of the times they have benefitted America. The benefits Mexican immigrants bring to the US outweigh the harm they may bring.…

Some people may believe that immigration benefits the country. People may think that as there would be more workforces, this is because as long as the job is being completed it doesn’t matter who does it. People who are starting up small businesses would believe immigration benefits our country. This would be thought as the immigration would be working on zero contract, meaning they would be working long hours and be paid a low wage, by doing this the business would expand faster. Some people may…

First, my mom and I have a belief that immigration has a positive effect on the United States economy. Immigration has a positive effect on the economy, and some reasons are because they are risk takers, entrepreneurs, and industry boosters. Immigrants are risk takers that come to a country in where they do not know the language or culture, but their gamble pays off as economically the need for produce grows. For my mom immigration also has a positive result as many immigrants become entrepreneurs, and create businesses that create jobs. The economy grows as industries know new immigrants need to start from zero, and need to buy industrial products to…

America has always been a nation of immigrants, and it remains today the most welcoming nation in the world. It is a violation of both state and federal law for immigrants who are not citizens to vote in state and federal elections. These violations effectively exclude legitimate voters whose votes are diluted, and they must be shortened. Voting is a notorious representation in American community life. Besides standing for public office, American citizens don’t have any more civic obligations than those that are derived from their ability and responsibility to help shape the community policy. The privilege to vote is an essential vehicle for exercising civic obligations. That is the reason the augmentation of the vote to all the country’s citizens has truly been…

Immigrants can become an employee at places such as Wal*Mart and Food Town. It will be much easier to find a job, without the fear of deportation. I believe that immigrants will be very satisfied. With the simple jobs in the US gone, this can benefit the young adults. With immigrants taking the jobs, the students will not be bothered with the opportunity of getting a job, that will take hours of there time a day. This will keep students focus on there studies, for they go to collage and get a real job. Something has to be done, because the INS is not giving the best…

Immigrants who are in the United States deserve to stay here. The government should not be hasty about kicking them out and help them stay in America if the reach a certain requirement. The process would include for immigrants to have a background check, paying taxes, paying a penalty, learning english, and they would have to wait just like other people who want to come into america have to wait. Their shouldn’t be a fight about who is and who isn't allowed to come into the U.S. anymore, anyone should be able to America and feel safe. Deportation needs to end, their shouldn’t be a right or wrong on what race you are if it’s hispanic or muslim, there shouldn’t be argument in this. Immigration is not a bad thing for America either, the economy rises and it adds jobs, over 9 million jobs were made just by immigration. Immigrants already pay taxes and most immigrants are law abiding, America should let those who have lived here remain here, as Bernie Sanders said “It is time to end the discussion of mass deportation. We cannot and we should not even be talking about sweeping up millions of men, women, and children, many of whom have been here for years, and throwing them away.” (Sanders). In today’s society more people would rather have people who have immigrated into America turn into citizens than get deported, it would be…

America, “The Land of Opportunity,” attracts many. Individuals that are drawn to America and its benefits include tourists and even illegal immigrants or “Undocumented Immigrants.” Immigration refers to the act of journeying to a country with the intent to stay permanently. The United States offers legal admission but the process can often prove to be tedious and cumbersome. In an attempt to bypass the U.S. legal system, individuals may resort to unlawful access to the country. Immigration should be encouraged because diversity makes for a stronger, more unique country, but it should not be done so in an unlawful and inappropriate manner including one that hinders Americanism.…

They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists..." When this was said people immediately began to judge ALL immigrants, although most people come to the United States to work here and to provide for their families just like everyone else does. Immigrants are told how in America you are free, and they are told about the American Dream, which is the ideal that every US citizen should have an equal opportunity to achieve success and prosperity through hard work, determination, and initiative.…

Do the so called “illegal immigrants” really deserve to be deported back to their homeland, especially when there are so many different opportunities in which they can benefit our nation? Immigration throughout the U.S. has been an issue for a couple of years now. The rate at which illegal immigrants coming over has dwindled down exponentially over those years too. Yet immigrants shouldn’t be deported just because they want to come over the border and begin a new start. Allowing them to stay and just getting rid of the criminals that have came over and caused problems for the society could benefit the nation. While doing my paper I discovered that illegal immigrants come from everywhere not just from cross the border, the government tax revenue, the increase in jobs from the extra tax money, and sending the problem immigrants back to their homelands.…

For years Immigrants have came to America undocumented and have kids on American soil so that the child will remain an American citizen and can not be deported. This is however a common misconception among American citizens as the child only meets half of the quota for the Fourteenth Amendment as the children are not under American jurisdiction and are not Americans. Now I do not believe the family should be deported but should instead be prep to learn how to get a visa however those who have broken American law can't get one so by law they must be deported.…

Illegal Immigration has been a rising controversial problem among policy makers. There are 11 million immigrants that currently reside in the United States. They immigrated to this nation to seek a new life, a job, and a brighter future, but obtaining a citizenship won’t be on the same level as immigrating here. One wrong step would lead them to deportation. I believe that illegal immigrants should be given a chance to become U.S. citizens. This is due to several reasons: (1) Families that have been previously separated by deportation can reunite. (2) Illegal Immigrants contribute to the economy. (3) Immigration is a human right. These reasons proves that illegal immigrants should be given a second chance.…
