The second reason why I believe golf should be in the Olympics is because it meets the standards to be an Olympic sport. Most people say that an Olympic game should be sports where you have to be physically fit and sweat a lot. But what about curling.? You do not have to be physically fit to be a curler. All you have to do is slide on ice and let go of a rock. The hardest part about curling is having to sweep a broom for seven seconds at a time. Even though curling is not a physically demanding sport, it is still one of my favourites and one of the overall favourites. I believe golf could be the exact same if the Olympic committee gave it a chance.…

“PLAY BALL!!” This is a saying that has been used for many years in softball as well as in baseball. Now, those two words will not be heard in the Olympics for at least half a decade. Softball is a big part in the lives of many women and taking it out of the 2012 Olympics is crushing their dreams. The sport should be reinstated in the 2016 Olympics because the sport will die if it is not, it gives young girls a dream, and it will greatly decrease the amount of women participating in the Olympic Games.…

Many states have already begun banning dodgeball in their physical education curriculums. As of now 9,137 schools have taken dodgeball out of their programs, and all the time new schools are considering it. The reason for this is that they think our country should not have any games with human targets. Officials believe these are the first signs of how the stronger people can pick on the weaker, and they also don’t want children competing with each other. On the contrary, dodgeball is a fun way to receive exercise. It is also not an everyday activity that children should look forward to. There is no reason for it to be taken out of gym programs. In fact, it should not be banned because it’s one of first times kids will be able to deal with their problems independently and to develop a competitive sense.…
