Women are the strongest human beings on earth, they go through so much but still remain strong. Sexual assault is the worst thing any individual can go through, yet women experience it. This type of thing will ruin someone’s life, having them feel like they have no place here anymore. Women are the ones that are left damaged, but are often to blame for the incident. Even though women dress in a certain way that could be appealing to an assailant, they are not always at fault. The assailant most likely was raised in an abusive home, and a women’s appearance is not always the reason for the assault. The idea of this happening in a court case is very unpleasant. Why do men do these type of things to innocent women? Growing up as little boys, some were raised in a exultant home and some were not so fortunate. Most sexual assailants were raised in an abusive home, which led them to be this type of person. Individuals who assault women, are the ones that have been assaulted growing up. By the time the little boys have grown up to be men they are hurt mentally and physically. They go to assault women because they feel like their mother was not there for them, when their father was abusing them. Male adolescents who grow up to be men tend to feel like they have a point to prove. Most assailants are angry with their mother, and
Some women don’t get over the incident until years after, some never get over it. Many women can’t sleep and often do not want to have intercourse with their significant other. Also while talking about it with other females, some tend to cry and have a breakdown. Sexual assault is really a ardous topic to talk about, especially when have been a part of it. Although women are traumatized, some still tend to get married, but the men that they are married to pay the price of the assailant. Women now do not want to be touched due to them feeling
