Body plane, directions, cavities, body systems and medical specialties, anatomy and physiology, microscopic to macroscopic, and quadrants and regions are the seven organizational approaches to studying the human body. They all are used in the human body but are use in different ways. Body planes and body directions is the separation of the body into portion from right and left, top and bottom, and front to back. The frontal plane, midsagittal plane, and the horizontal plane are the portions. This approach is used when analyzing body part and the capacity or particular fields within the body like lungs and brain. The body cavity study body parts in the decayed area and body cavities itself. There are two main cavities; a posterior cavity which is toward the back side of the body and contains the cranial cavity and spinal cavity and a anterior cavity which is toward the front side of the body and is divided into the pectoral cavity and abdominal pelvic cavity. The approach being used is to study a specifically known organ in the human being and in what way disease can influence dissimilar tissues. Anatomy and physiology analyze the makeups within the physique and in what way the capacity works in the tissue. The approach work with analyzing the makeup of the body and how the nervous system work. Also good for explaining to patient how their body part works. Quadrants are another way our bodies are separate into regions for both diagnostic and descriptive purposes. Body regions are used to explain areas of the body that obtain a distinctive capacity or provide by specific blood flow pathway or nerves. When conducting a physical exam within organs, it is a good reference on this approach. Studying of the tiniest piece of the human body is called microscopic and macroscopic approach. The theories of `modern', ‘symbolic interpretive’, ‘critical theories’ and `postmodern' are commonly used in intellectual debates on the studies of organization and these various theories are interpreted as perspectives. In this paper I argue that what distinguishes each theory can be understood by its differences in thinking style, each having it’s own inclination of ontological commitments and theoretical fixations. Modernism acknowledges the existence of reality regardless of whether they are visible or not through the use of common organizational terms such as “organizations”, “structure”, etc.…

There have been numerous studies regarding how the influence of technology has brought about change to the structure of an organization as well as its processes. Many of the studies have concluded that the organizational structure is strongly affected by the principal technology which the organization uses. (Volti, 2005) Technology, in simple terms, is seen as the conversion of inputs into outputs using machines, equipments and processes. It is a system based on the use of knowledge and organization, evident in physical objects for the attainment of precise goals. However, with the coming along of new technologies, as well as postmodernist and symbolic-interpretivist, it has further expanded on how we think of technology to include it into the arts and social practise. This essay will look in the modernist and postmodernist perspective which will provide the different views as to how technology, organizations, management and employees are related.…
